Refund & Return Policy

First Call Restoration, Inc. d/b/a BlueprintIQ (“BlueprintIQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional consulting services, digital solutions, and third-party partner products.  Because these offerings differ in delivery and cost structure, refund and return rules vary by category as detailed below.
 

Service Engagements

1.1 Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Marketing & Data Projects

Deposit & milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun.

If you cancel a project before the first scheduled work session, we will refund any deposit minus unrecoverable third-party costs (e.g., software licences purchased specifically for your project).

Pre-paid hours that remain unused after a project is mutually terminated will be refunded within 14 business days.

1.2 Subscription & Retainer Plans

Month-to-month plans may be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.

Annual plans cancelled early receive a prorated refund less a 10 % early-termination fee to cover discounted upfront pricing.

To cancel, email ap@bprintiq.com at least five (5) calendar days before renewal.

 

Digital Products & Downloads

All checklists, templates, audits, reports, and software delivered by electronic download are final sale once the download link has been accessed, in line with digital-goods consumer law.

 

Partner Marketplace Purchases

3.1 Domains, Hosting, SaaS (GoDaddy Pro, IONOS Agency Partner)

Refunds and returns follow the specific provider’s policy. Links to each provider’s terms appear at checkout.

BlueprintIQ will assist in submitting requests but does not process refunds for these items directly.

3.2 Cloud, Telecom & SaaS via Intelisys Suppliers

Each supplier’s Master Service Agreement governs cancellation and credit terms.

Contact customer.service@bprintiq.com for guidance; we will coordinate with the supplier on your behalf.

 

Physical Merchandise (if offered)

Unused items (books, branded gear) in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

 

How to Request a Refund or Return

E-mail ap@bprintiq.com with subject line “Refund Request – [Order/Invoice #]”.

Include proof of purchase and a brief explanation.

We will acknowledge within two (2) business days and confirm eligibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Services fully rendered or delivered.

Downloaded or accessed digital goods.

Third-party products outside the provider’s refund window.

Delays or service interruptions caused by client-supplied content, hardware, or missed deadlines.

 

Chargebacks

Initiating a credit-card chargeback before first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks and recover associated fees.

 

Policy Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued purchases after an update constitute acceptance of the new terms.

What is BlueprintIQ's Refund Policy?

BlueprintIQ grants refunds on unused prepaid service hours, cancellable subscription periods, and eligible physical merchandise, while completed project work, accessed digital downloads, and third-party marketplace purchases outside partner refund windows are non-refundable; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
