Welcome to BlueprintIQ—a division of First Call Restoration, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.bprintiq.com (the “Site”) and any related services, software, content, or tools we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.  Acceptance of Terms

• You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.
• By accessing the Site or using the Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.  Description of Services

BlueprintIQ provides integrated business consulting, technology, marketing, and data analytics solutions. To deliver certain offerings we operate or resell through trusted partner platforms, including—but not limited to—our GoDaddy Pro program, GoDaddy Reseller storefront, IONOS Agency Partner portal, and cloud/telecom services available via our authorized partnership with Intelisys, A ScanSource Company. We may also promote or resell additional third-party products or services through affiliate or referral relationships (collectively, “Partner Services”). Partner Services are subject to the terms, service levels, and availability set by the relevant provider and may change or expand over time.

3.  Account Responsibility

Where account creation is required, you are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.  Intellectual Property

4.1 BlueprintIQ Content

Except as expressly noted, all text, software, original graphics, page layouts, videos, and other content displayed on the Site (collectively, “Company Content”) are copyrighted works or trade secrets of First Call Restoration, Inc. d/b/a BlueprintIQ and are protected by U.S. and international laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

4.2 Partner & Affiliate Marks

Logos, slogans, product names, specifications, and other materials belonging to GoDaddy, IONOS, Intelisys, ScanSource, and any other current or future partner or affiliate (“Partner Marks”) appear on the Site under license or other authorized use. Partner Marks remain the sole property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms confers to you any right or license to reproduce, distribute, or use Partner Marks except as enabled through normal viewing of the Site.

4.3 Restrictions on Use

You may view, print, and temporarily cache pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not (a) modify, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute Company Content or Partner Marks, (b) remove proprietary notices, or (c) use any meta-tags or hidden text that incorporate BlueprintIQ or Partner Marks without prior written consent from the relevant owner.

4.4 Infringement Notices (DMCA)

If you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@bprintiq.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). We will respond promptly to valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable the allegedly infringing content.

5.  Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Use the Site to transmit unauthorized advertising or spam.
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, accounts, or networks.
4. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation.

6.  Third-Party Links & Marketplace

The Site may link to external partner platforms or affiliate offers (“Third-Party Sites”). We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content or services offered by Third-Party Sites and are not liable for your use of them. Transactions with Third-Party Sites are solely between you and the third party.

7.  Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, NOR DO WE WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8.  Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST CALL RESTORATION, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

9.  Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless First Call Restoration, Inc. d/b/a BlueprintIQ and each of its current and future subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, resellers, and strategic partners (collectively, “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. your breach of these Terms;
2. your misuse of the Site, Services, or any Partner Services;
3. your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
4. any content you upload, submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site.

The Indemnified Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with such defense.

10.  Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11.  Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Crockett County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

12.  Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
